The first post 01-15-2012

Today is 01-15-2012 and it is 11:29pm. Going to bed right now! i just finished getting this blog set up and I am tired! I have had this most horrible pain in my right shoulder, upper back for 2 weeks now, that I figure is a pinched nerve of some kind, not sure. I have gone to a masseuse, Chiropractor and asked my pain clinic doctor about it. NOTHING is helping I have been icing it every hour for 20 minutes. per the Chiropractor. I will go back and see him on Tuesday or Monday and see if one more adjustment will help! It's miserable~ I have had severe back pain due to herniated discs, degenerative disc disease and arthritis since 2000, but this pain is so bad that all the meds I take for my back do not even touch the pain! It's ridiculous! Arrgghhh! Anyways...good night and I hope everyone that plans on following my little bog has a happy, healthy, wealthy and LOVING 2012!!!  :)
